Already two years have slipped away since we left our 1/2 acre country gardens. The scene of long perennial flower beds and a huge, prolific vegetable patch will always remain etched in my memory. The work of maintaining it all has almost been forgotten and I have become content with a dime sized plot where I can still create beauty. Here are some of the vibrant August blooms in my backyard.
