My word to focus on this year is HOPE. Hope for a breakthrough of chronic pain and hope for a list of friends and family who are on their own difficult journeys.
Happy is the man who trusts in the Lord and has made the Lord his HOPE and confidence. He is like a tree planted along a riverbank - roots reaching deep into water, not bothered by elements bothering it. It stays green - right on producing luscious fruit. from The Book of Psalms

Hope is the Thing with Feathers
that Perches in the Soul
and sings the Songs Without the Words
and Never Stops at All.
Let hope be your pulse
Faith in every heartbeat
Joy with every breath...
