Last night’s snow crystals hang precariously
slowly vanishing droplet by droplet.
Are they tears shed selfishly
holding onto winter? This moment cannot duplicate.
Breathe - the earth is refreshing.
Some days hope and courage wane
caught up in emotions dissolving.
Less of me, I let my Saviour reclaim
a melting heart, with renewed resolving.
Breathe - my soul is reviving.
