I cannot get enough of the fresh green that has exploded in the landscape around me in the past two weeks. After long months of dull sepia we have finally been rewarded with GREEN which signifies growth and renewal. On this last day of April I enjoyed a walk through my garden to capture this restful colour. Now, green is not just green! A visit to a paint store will boggle one's visual senses with the variations on the green palette. There is fern green, forest green, moss green, army green, emerald, jade, kelly green, asparagus, grass green, lime, pea green, sage, mint, leaf green, and on and on with so many more descriptions. I do love green!
Here is my tribute to April Going Out Green.

Vine maple leaves

" Our Lord has written the promise of the resurrection,
not in books alone,
but in every leaf in spring-time."
Martin Luther
And then, to divert my attention - I see the neighbours green field profusely punctuated by the dauntless dandelion, making it's spring statement!

I love all the green! I've had green in my mind's eye, too, since I'm thinking of paint colors ... why not bring God's good green indoors, too?
